This is a blog about my learning curve having bought my first apartment (the shoebox) and trying to renovate it into something liveable (the makeover).

Now you see it....
The before pictures! ...As you can see the original kitchen design has a roof and floor mounted island that cuts out the light and cuts the room in half....
