Floor part one

As you can see from the pics the guys from Amandla Flooring have begun laying the floor, and I've mostly finished sanding the feature door frame.

Downers are that the paint on the skirting boards seems to chip easily, possibly I didn't sand them enough and Cebo from Amandla says I should have used a gloss paint which would be more durable. Think I'll just live with it though, at the moment I can't bear to think of ever painting again.
